Art Fraction Foundation
The Foundation is made up of people convinced that free access to art is the right of every child. At the Art Fraction Foundation, we promote the idea of the World Health Organization that one of the paths to the proper development of children is to provide them and their loved ones with a safe space for creation and unrestricted play, which not only contributes to physical and mental development, but above all serves to strengthen the bond between them and their guardians.
The Art Fraction Foundation was established in 2010 and is one of the most dynamic, effective and rapidly developing non-governmental organizations in Poland in the field of art and culture for the youngest children and socially engaged projects. We cooperate with artists, cultural institutions, and organizations from all over Poland and many countries in the world (including Italy, Japan, Germany, Slovenia, Denmark, Ukraine, Belgium, and France), whose experience is an inspiration and support for us on the way to creating valuable artistic, cultural and educational projects.

THE FUNDATION IS
Barbara Małecka
Theatrologist, producer of artistic events, author of set design for performances for the youngest - among others Blisko/Close (Children's Art Centre), KUUKI (Japan), Den lille store reisen and Riverso (Norway) and Jungle (Wrocławski Teatr Lalek). Coordinator of the Polish part of international projects: 'Small Size, Performing Arts for Early Years' and 'Mapping: the map on the aesthetics of performing arts for early years' carried out as part of the Creative Europe program. Since 2017 cooperates with the Animation Theatre in Poznań as the artistic director of the KONTEKSTY festival. Member of the Management Board of ART FRACTION FOUNDATION.

Alicja Morawska-Rubczak
Director, theatre pedagogue, specializing in theatre and dance for children under three years of age. She primarily creates performances for the youngest children, as well as educational projects. Fascinated by teamwork with the use of empathy-based communication. Her performances have been presented and awarded at the most important theatre festivals in Poland and around the world – including in Singapore, Japan, China, Romania, Russia, Ireland, Italy and Iran. She is a freelancer, working in Poland and abroad, which does not prevent her from living in a tiny village near Wałcz. Although she loves her job, her greatest love is her husband and children - Zuzia and Bolko. Member of the Management Board of ART FRACTION FOUNDATION.

Mateusz Okonek
A graduate of Poznań Theatre Studies and Interactive Media and Performance at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Member of the Management Board of Art Fraction Foundation. Cultural manager. Creator of theatrical performances and video projects. He has conducted numerous theatre and film workshops with children, teenagers and adults. He deals with documenting cultural events, video art, and various experimental image forms. Member of the Management Board of ART FRACTION FOUNDATION.

Paweł Gałkowski
Doctor of philosophy, culture expert, researcher of culture, project coordinator. For almost ten years associated with the theatre for the youngest. Producer and organizer of the Early Years Festival. Coordinator of the Polish part of the European project ‘Mapping. A map on the aesthetics of performing arts for early years', member of the Board of Directors of the international association Small Size Network, bringing together artists and institutions creating for the youngest children. President of the Management Board of the Art Fraction Foundation.
